Sushi Bar was born out of a passion for sushi and desire to bring a new and exciting
culinary experience to the residents of Chicago. Our founder, Naro Butsaboon, a former chef from Nobu Chicago and Nobu 57 NYC. Then after working with Nobu organization for a while, he became an Executive Sushi Chef at Nobu Chicago. With more than 18 years experience in the sushi industry saw an opportunity to use his experience and create a Sushi bar concept
craftsmanship, we aim to set ourselves apart from the competition and become a go-to destination for sushi lovers in the area.
